At Sun Locke, we occasionally offer promotions such as discounts, early access to digital resources, free templates, or exclusive content in exchange for personal information—typically your name and email address. We may also run loyalty-based initiatives, including giveaways, referral perks, or rewards for continued engagement. These types of offerings are collectively referred to as “Programs.”
Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, these Programs may be considered “financial incentives” or “bona fide loyalty programs.” When you participate in any Program, you may share personal information as outlined in the “What Personal Information We Collect & Use” section of our Privacy Notice, depending on the nature of the Program and how you choose to interact with us.
Sun Locke does not generally assign a monetary value to personal information. However, if required by law to provide a valuation, we make a good-faith estimate based on factors such as the type of information collected (e.g., name, email), the relevance and transferability of that information to our marketing efforts, the promotional value offered (e.g., discounts or free content), the number of participants in the Program, and the type of service or campaign involved. This estimate does not represent a market value or pricing of personal data, nor does it disclose any proprietary financial information or trade secrets.
Participation in any Program is entirely voluntary. By signing up, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Program’s terms and in our general privacy practices. You may withdraw from a Program at any time by contacting us directly or following any opt-out instructions provided in the specific offer or communication.
Please note that opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or limiting its use for targeted advertising, will not impact your eligibility for Program benefits. However, if you request the deletion of all personal information, we may be unable to continue providing Program benefits, as we would no longer have a way to associate you with your participation or deliver the associated perks.
